PILATES WITH PAIGE
My name is Paige Danforth and I am certified Pilates instructor located here in Muskoka. Helping people intentionally move their bodies is one of my favourite things to do! I am very well rounded in movement of the body as I am also a certified yoga and swim instructor! I can't wait to move with you!!
Classes are run from my private in house studio. Address will be provided directly to you upon booking completion. I am located 2 minutes from Highway 11 in Bracebridge next to High Falls!
Please note that classes will be tailored to fit your specific needs, everyone is welcome!

Looking for a private class/event?!
Please note I am always happy to offer online and in person events. For in person events you can come to me outdoors in Bracebridge for yoga on the Muskoka River or indoors in a small intimate basement studio. I am also more than happy to travel anywhere within Muskoka.
